Authorize.net supports payment processing by helping small businesses accept credit card and eCheck payments online, in person, and via mobile devices. This guide walks you through the steps to connect your Authorize.Net account with SubscriptionFlow.
Please note that this demonstration is done in a sandbox environment which may vary slightly from your live account.
1. Enter the Administration Settings through the gear icon in the top right.
2. From Settings, click on ‘Payment Gateways’ under the Billing section.
3. Here you will see a list of active payment gateways. Click on ‘+ Payment Gateway’
4. Inside the Payment Gateways settings, you will see all supported payment gateways listed. Click on Authorize.Net.
5. The SubscriptionFlow integration window will open. A Login ID, Transaction Key and Client Key are needed from your Authorize.Net account to complete this integration.
6. To attain the access keys, log in to your Authorize.Net account.
7. Scroll down the navigation bar on the left to find Settings.
8. Under Security Settings click on ‘API Credentials & Keys’.

10. Next, submit a request for a new Transaction Key.
11. This will require you to verify your identity through a pin sent to your registered email.
12. Enter the pin received through email to verify your identity and access the new Transaction Key. Copy this key.
13. Paste your Login ID and Transaction Key into the SubscriptionFlow integration widget.
14. Next, navigate back to your Authorize.Net account and from Settings go to Manage Public Client Key.
15. You will have to request a new Public Client Key and repeat the verification step.
16. Enter the code received through email to verify your identity and retrieve your Public Client Key.
17. Copy this final access key and paste it into the SubscriptionFlow integration window.
18. Then click ‘Test Connection’.
19. A green pop-up will notify you if the connection is successful.
20. Click ‘Save’ and your Authorize.Net gateway will be activated.
21. Under the Advanced Options tab you can configure this integration. Select which payment gateways you wish to power through it including the options of debit and credit cards.
22. You can also control who has permission to make changes to these settings.
23. Furthermore, you may set this gateway as your default to collect payments. Finally, click Save.
24. Click on Back to Payment Gateways. Here you can see that Authorize.Net has been connected and set as your default payment gateway for payments.
That is how you integrate Authorize.Net to your SubscriptionFlow account.
