Stripe

Follow this step-by-step guide to connect Stripe with SubscriptionFlow.

1. Click the ⚙️ icon at the top right to open Settings. Under Billing, click Payment Settings.

2. Click + Payment Gateway, find Stripe under Available Gateways, and click Configure gateway. Gateways you have already set up are listed under Configured Gateways.

3. Create a new Stripe account if you don't have one with Create Account, or click Link Existing Account.

4. If you are linking a test Stripe account, check Sandbox. Then click Connect with Stripe.

5. You are redirected to Stripe to log in to your Stripe account.

6. Once connected, your payment gateway is Active, and the Connection tab shows Validated with your Stripe account ID. Click Reload to refresh the status.

7. On the Advanced Options tab:
   • Keep Payment Options (use Stripe Elements) checked to offer all available payment methods.
   • Optionally check Enable Klarna, Charge in a Global Currency (charge in one fixed currency, converted at the live exchange rate), Enable Physical Card Reader, Enable Customer Search on this Gateway or Automatic Payouts.
   • Use Allow Access To to control which users can use and change this gateway.
   • Check Make Default to collect payments through Stripe by default.

8. The Logs tab lets you track all activity for this integration.
