Products Import

This guide shows you how to import your products. Other than customers, you cannot import anything before first creating or importing your products & plans.

Step 1: File Prep

First prepare your file for import. You can use the sample file above as a reference. Use any spreadsheet software to organize your data and export to a CSV format in the final step. 

The only mandatory field for product import is a name.

Step 2: File Upload

1. Enter the ‘Products’ module from your dashboard. Click on ‘Import Products’ if you are onboarding or the 'Import' button in the top right for subsequent imports. 

2. Click on ‘Start Import’.

3. Browse and upload your CSV file.

4. Once uploaded, click ‘Next’.

Step 3: Field Mapping

5. Next, map your fields.

6. Select your import preferences under ‘Advanced Settings’. Simply select ‘Do not import existing’ in this case. Click ‘Next’.

7. Once the import is complete, go to your Products module to see all the products created via import.

Your products have been successfully imported. In the next step, import your plans.
