1. Fresh on the dashboard, use the Get Started tab to get acquainted with SubscriptionFlow and complete onboarding. Watch a short demo video & explore plan creation. Then click on ‘Get Started with SubscriptionFlow’ at the bottom to enter the onboarding flow.
2. Follow the onboarding steps. First add or import products and plans. Refer to the How to Guides in the top right corner for a stepwise breakdown of each section.
3. Enable online payments by connecting an existing payment gateway merchant account with SubscriptionFlow. Alternatively, create a new payment gateway account or use a test gateway.
4. Then set up your checkout. Click on ‘View Checkout Page’ to see what your customers see when they are purchasing plans through web checkout from your website. Use the How to Guide to learn how to embed this checkout into your website & learn about other checkout options available to you.
5. Configure your email address, as well as the email notifications you send out to customers. For more help visit https://support.subscriptionflow.com/hc/en-us and navigate to Settings Management > Email Settings.
6. Set up your customer portal. Check the box to automatically activate the customer portal for new sign ups.
7. Finally, import your customers, products and plans etc. to migrate to SubscriptionFlow from your legacy system. Visit https://support.subscriptionflow.com/hc/en-us and navigate to Data Administration for a complete set of guides on how to import your data.
