DocuSign Integration Guide

Integrate DocuSign with SubscriptionFlow to send quotes and contracts for electronic signature and to automatically create subscriptions when a contract is signed and accepted.

This guide shows you how to connect with DocuSign.

1. Navigate to Administration Settings > Apps & API > Apps.

2. From the available third-party integrations, click on DocuSign.

3. This opens up the SubscriptionFlow integration window. Click ‘Connect’.

4. This will redirect you to DocuSign. Log into your account.

5. Grant SubscriptionFlow access to create and send envelopes and obtain links for signing sessions.

6. The status of the DocuSign integration should change to Connected. Click on Sync Rules. 

7. Here you can choose what happens when a document is Signed in DocuSign. You may choose this as a trigger to mark a quote as accepted inside SubscriptionFlow or to mark the quote as accepted and automatically create a subscription as a result.
