Zendesk Integration Guide

Integrate with Zendesk by following these steps:

1. Go to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for the SubscriptionFlow app.

2. Click on the ‘Install’ button. Enter your Zendesk account details to proceed with installation.

3. Once you have logged into your Zendesk account, enter your Subdomain and Domain Name. Next, you will need to enter the Client ID and Client Secret from SubscriptionFlow.

4. To retrieve the Client ID and Client Secret, login to SubscriptionFlow. Click on the gear-shaped Administration Settings icon on the top right corner of the dashboard.  

5. Under Administration Settings, navigate to the Apps & API section and then click on ‘API Keys’.

6. You will be directed to the OAuth Clients page where you can access Client ID and Client Secret details. To learn how this works go to this guide on using OAuth client.  

7. Now, go back to the Zendesk Marketplace and enter the Client ID and Client Secret from SubscriptionFlow. Click on ‘Install’ to finalize installation.

8. You will be able to see the SubscriptionFlow app now under currently installed applications. 

9. Next, login to your Zendesk account (https://www.zendesk.com/login/) and check the status of your tickets and their subscription information against SubscriptionFlow.

10. Click on the ‘Login’ button to connect your Zendesk account with your SubscriptionFlow one. 

11. You can now view your ticket’s subscription details as they appear on SubscriptionFlow.
