Overview
Sage Intacct is a widely used financial accounting system that helps businesses manage and balance transactions while maintaining accurate financial records. SubscriptionFlow offers seamless integration with Sage Intacct, enabling businesses to sync invoices and import accounts receivable (A/R) data, significantly reducing manual efforts.

This integration can be configured using either SubscriptionFlow's license or your own web services developer license. Additionally, the integration supports the multi-decimal feature to ensure greater accuracy.
Integration
To configure Sageintacct with SubscriptionFlow, follow these steps:
Step 1: Configure SageIntacct Settings
Access your Sage Intacct settings and locate the Web Services section. Obtain the following credentials:
- Company ID
- Sender ID
- Sender Password
- Web Service User ID
- Web Service User Password
Step 2: Connect Sageintacct in SubscriptionFlow
1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Dashboard to enter Administration Settings.
2. Next, click on the 'Apps' under Apps & API. Here you can find various third-party applications to connect with SubscriptionFlow.
3. Click on SageIntacct under the Accountings tab.
4. Enter your Sageintacct details and click on connect
Sync Overview
The SubscriptionFlow–Intacct integration provides:
- One-way synchronization of sales invoices from SubscriptionFlow to Intacct.
- Sales order status updates from Intacct to SubscriptionFlow.
Synchronization occurs automatically once every 24 hours.
When you need to verify the sync of a paid invoice:
- Go to the Invoices module in SubscriptionFlow.
- Check the Sage Intacct Sync ID column.
- Use the Resync option to manually resync an invoice if required.
Single-Entity Sync
The integration supports single-entity accounts, allowing you to connect your SubscriptionFlow site with a specific entity in Sage Intacct. All objects, including Customers, Products, and Invoices, are synchronized in a one-way flow.
Customers
- Customer records created in SubscriptionFlow are automatically synced with Sage Intacct.
- Existing customer records in Intacct are identified and mapped using the Customer ID.
Products
- SubscriptionFlow Plans and Add-ons are created as Items in Intacct.
- If Items already exist in Intacct, you can enter their corresponding SKU in the Plans/Add-ons section of SubscriptionFlow to prevent duplication.
Invoices
- Invoices generated in SubscriptionFlow are automatically created as Sales Invoices in Intacct.
