Overview
Fortnox is a cloud-based financial system that helps businesses with accounting, invoicing, and other financial tasks.

This integration can be configured using your Fortnox API credentials. Additionally, the integration supports multi-currency transactions to ensure greater accuracy and flexibility.
Integration
To configure Fortnox with SubscriptionFlow, follow these steps:
Step 1: Configure Fortnox Settings
Access your Fortnox account and navigate to "My Account" > "Developer Tools", where you will see the option to create a new application or view the details of the existing one. Once you've selected or created your application, the Client ID and Client Secret will be displayed on the application details page

Step 2: Connect Fortnox in SubscriptionFlow
1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Dashboard to enter Administration Settings.
2. Next, click on the 'Apps' under Apps & API. Here you can find various third-party applications to connect with SubscriptionFlow.
3. Click on Fortnox under the Accountings tab.
4. Enter your Fortnox details and click on connect
Generating Fortnox Integration credentials
1. Go to your Developer portal on your fortnox account and select 'Create Integration'
2. Name the integration and hit 'Create integration'
3. Your integration credentials are ready. You can copy the 'Client ID' directly from the next screen. Click on edit to view the client's secret and grant permissions.
4. On the next screen, click on 'Show Client Secret' to view and then click on 'Copy Client Secret' to retrieve it
5. On the same page, you can scroll down and grant permissions and then hit 'Save'
6. Publish your Integration and use the Client ID and Client Secret to connect your Fortnox account with SubscriptionFlow
Invoice syncing with Fortnox
Once your account is successfully connected, any invoice marked as 'Paid' will be synced to Fortnox.
To test this, go to a test invoice's detail view and click on “Process Payment.” The status of the invoice will change from DUE to PAID, and it will automatically appear as synced in Fortnox.
