Installation Guide
Log into your Pipedrive account and open the Marketplace.
Inside the Marketplace, look for SubscriptionFlow.
Click on the app to open its details page.
Click on Install.
Review the permissions the app requests, then confirm installation.
If prompted, select the Pipedrive company where you want the app installed.
You will be redirected to authorize the connection. Click Allow to grant SubscriptionFlow access to your Pipedrive account.
After authorization completes, you will land on the SubscriptionFlow Dashboard. The Pipedrive Connection card should show as Connected.
Webhooks are registered automatically during installation so your data can sync in real time. No manual webhook setup is required.
Configuration
From the SubscriptionFlow Dashboard, locate the SubscriptionFlow Connection card.
If the status shows Not Connected, click Connect SubscriptionFlow.
You need your SubscriptionFlow domain name, client ID, and client secret to authorize this integration. To retrieve these, head to your SubscriptionFlow account.
After logging into your SubscriptionFlow account, click Administrative Settings
Then click API Keys under Apps & API.
Name and create a new client. This will generate a Client ID and Client Secret.
Retrieve your SubscriptionFlow domain name from the URL in your browser. Remember to include https:// and the trailing slash for your domain to be accepted. For example: https://your-company.subscriptionflow.com/
Copy and paste your domain, client ID, and client secret into the SubscriptionFlow connection form. Click Connect SubscriptionFlow.
Confirm that the dashboard shows SubscriptionFlow Connected Successfully and that the connection card displays a green Connected status.
Field Mapping
SubscriptionFlow maps Pipedrive fields to matching fields by default:
- Organization name → Customer name
- Organization email → Customer email
- Organization phone → Customer phone number
- Person first name / last name → Contact first name / last name
- Person email → Contact email
- Person phone → Contact personal phone
Name is required for organizations. First name and last name are required for people. If an email is missing, the integration may use a placeholder so the record can still be created.
How it Works
Sync Organizations & Contacts
After integrating Pipedrive with SubscriptionFlow, you can sync your customers and contacts in real time.
When you create an organization in Pipedrive, a customer with the same name and email automatically created inside SubscriptionFlow.
Switch to your SubscriptionFlow account and open the Customers module to see the new customer created through the Pipedrive sync. Note that name and email are mandatory fields for customer creation inside SubscriptionFlow.
When you create a person in Pipedrive, a contact is automatically created inside SubscriptionFlow.
If that person is linked to an organization in Pipedrive, the contact is also linked to the matching customer in SubscriptionFlow. You do not need to link them manually.
Manage Your Integration Dashboard
The SubscriptionFlow Dashboard is where you monitor and manage the integration after setup.
The Pipedrive Connection card shows whether your Pipedrive OAuth connection is active.
The SubscriptionFlow Connection card shows whether your SubscriptionFlow API credentials are valid. Use Connect SubscriptionFlow if you need to reconnect.
The Webhook Status section lists the webhooks registered in Pipedrive. All should show as active. If any are missing or inactive, click Register Webhooks Now to re-register them.
The Help & Documentation section provides quick troubleshooting tips. For further assistance, visit the SubscriptionFlow Support Center or email developer@subscriptionflow.com.
