After installing the SubscriptionFlow App from the Webflow Marketplace, open your site in the Webflow Designer, press E (or click the Apps icon in the left toolbar), select SubscriptionFlow App and click Launch app. Then follow the steps below.

Step 1 -Connect Your Site and Complete the Onboarding Form

The first time you open the app, you connect your site and then complete a one-time form that creates your SubscriptionFlow workspace automatically.

1.1 Connect Your Webflow Site

1. On the Connect your Webflow site screen, click Authorize Webflow Access.
2. In the popup, select your site and click Authorize App.
3. The popup closes and you're taken to the Onboarding screen.

1.2 Fill in the Onboarding Form

The Set up SubscriptionFlow form collects the following information:

• Full Name: Your personal name for the account.
• Email: Where your workspace sign-in details are sent.
• Company Name: Your business name. This is used to generate your workspace address (e.g., "My Company" becomes "mycompany.subscriptionflow.com"). The form shows the address as you type.
• Password: Your account password (must be at least 8 characters).
• Currency: Your primary business currency.
• Country: Your business country location.
• Payment Processor: Stripe, PayPal or No preference.

1.3 Create Workspace

After filling in all required fields, click Create workspace. This can take up to a minute. The system will:

• Validate your information
• Create your workspace account
• Generate your workspace address
• Connect your Webflow site to the workspace

You'll then see Your workspace is being set up with your unique workspace link. You'll also receive an email when it's ready. Once the countdown ends, click Copy or Open SubscriptionFlow, and log in using the email address and password you entered during onboarding.

Step 2 -Add Product Subscription Options

Now turn your Ecommerce products into subscription products from inside the app.

1. In the app's menu, open Subscriptions.
2. Click Add product and choose the Webflow product you want to sell on subscription.
3. Choose a Pricing type — Percentage off, Amount off, or Flat price (Flat price is only available for products without variants).
4. Add one or more delivery frequencies (for example, every 2 weeks or every 1 month) and set the discount for each. The subscription price is shown next to each one.
5. For a product with variants, each variant is priced from its own price, and every variant gets the subscription options.
6. Click Create subscription. The app creates the matching plans in SubscriptionFlow and adds a Delivery Frequency option to the product, with a One-time choice plus each frequency.

Step 3 -Publish Your Site and Check the Widget

The SubscriptionFlow Widget displays subscription options directly on your product pages, so customers can choose a subscription and delivery frequency while viewing a product. It's added to your site automatically the first time you add a subscription product.

3.1 Publish Your Site

Changes only reach shoppers after you publish. Click Publish in the Webflow Designer. Until then, the product shows Publish needed in the app, and changes to Synced once your site is published.

3.2 Verify the Widget

1. Open the published page of a product.
2. You should see a One-time purchase option and a Subscribe & Save option, with the delivery frequencies you set up under Deliver every.
3. Select a frequency and add the product to the cart — the subscription price is applied automatically. When the order is placed, the customer and subscription are created in SubscriptionFlow.

Step 4 -The Customer Portal (Manage Subscriptions)

The SubscriptionFlow customer portal lets your customers manage their subscriptions — pause, cancel, update, and view invoices.

4.1 Add a Link So Customers Can Find It

1. In the app's menu, open Customer portal and copy Your portal address.
2. In the Webflow Designer, open your Navbar and add a link labelled Manage subscription.
3. Paste the portal address as the link URL and set it to open in a new tab.
4. Publish your site.

4.2 How Customers Get In

When a customer's subscription is created, SubscriptionFlow emails them a link to set their password. There's no separate sign-up on the portal.
