Installation Guide (SugarCRM)

1. Subsequently, log in to Sugar CRM using your username and password. Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the Sugar CRM dashboard.

Next, click on the profile icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

After clicking on the profile icon, a drop-down menu will appear. From there, select 'Admin.'

2. After selecting 'Admin,' you will be directed to the Admin Settings page.

Here, navigate to 'Module Loader' under 'Developer Tools' and click on it.

3. After clicking on 'Module Loader,' you will be redirected to a new page. A pop-up window may appear, which you can cancel to proceed and view the page.

4. In the 'Module Loader' section, click on 'Choose File’. 

5. Following that, click on 'Upload.' Ensure that you upload the 'Sugar Billing zip' file that you downloaded earlier.

6. Once the file has been uploaded, click on ‘Install’. 

7. After clicking on 'Install,' proceed with the installation by clicking on 'Commit’. 

8. Following that, a pop-up window will appear, indicating that the package installation has started.

9. After the installation is complete, click on the 'Close' button.

10. Return to the 'Module Loader' section. You should now observe 'Sugar Billing' listed as an installed app in your Sugar CRM account.
