Create SF App (inside Shopify)

Follow these steps to connect your Shopify store with your SubscriptionFlow account to manage orders across both platforms.

Step 1: Create SubscriptionFlow App inside Shopify

Note: Step 1 needs to be done on Shopify. 

1. Log into your Shopify storefront. 

2. Scroll down and click on ‘Settings’ at the bottom left.

3.  Inside 'Settings' select ‘Apps and Sales Channels’. 

4. Click on “Develop Apps”

5. Then click on “Create an App”

6. Add 'SubscriptionFlow' in the field for the App name and click ‘Create App’.

7. A new app has been created. You must configure it before you can retrieve your ‘Admin API Access Token’.

8. Check all relevant read and write boxes to grant data-sharing permission between the two apps. We recommend checking them all if you are unsure what to select. 

9. Scroll down and save this configuration.

10.  Now with the app configured, click on ‘Install App’ in the upper right-hand corner. 

11. Once the app is installed, the API access token is accessible. Reveal & save this token. This will be used to connect with SubscriptionFlow. 

12. Scroll down to retrieve the API key. This is the second credential needed to integrate with SubscriptionFlow. 

The next step is to integrate and configure Shopify inside SubscriptionFlow.
