Sequence for Imports

Transitioning into SubscriptionFlow from another system requires you to import your data from the previous system. Data administration must be sequential as some modules serve as prerequisites to others. The following points summarise some key import rules:

• Products and Customers can be imported independently, making them a good place to start data administration.
• Once Products are imported, you can import the Plans linked to these products.
• Once Customers (and Products & Plans) are imported, you can import the Subscriptions, Contacts & Invoices linked to them.
• Once Subscriptions are imported, you can import Usage. 

Ideally, follow this sequence:

1. Products & Customers
2. Plans
3. Contacts, Subscriptions & Invoices
4. Usage
