Successful import of subscriptions requires your import file to carry some IDs. These include customer, subscription, product, plan & contact identifiers etc. This section guides you on how to locate & extract these IDs from the system.

1.1. Where is the Customer ID?
- Enter the Customers module. Click on ‘More’ and then ‘Export’.
- Select whichever fields you wish to export. In this case we are only interested in the customer name and identifier.
- Then go to the gearbox on top to enter Admin Settings & click on ‘Exports’.
- Download your CSV containing your list of customers alongside their IDs.
1.2. Where is the Product ID?
Enter the Products module and select any product you need to identify. The product ID will be present inside the URL after product-details/.
1.3. Where is the Plan ID?
Click on any plan tied to a product. The plan ID will be present inside the URL after plan-details/.
1.4. Where is the Subscription ID?
- From your dashboard, click on the Subscriptions module. Then click on any subscription that you need to identify.
- The subscription ID can be retrieved as a 25-character string inside the URL after subscription-detail/.
1.5. Where is the Contact ID? (for gift recipient)
1. Enable and enter the Contacts module and create or select any contact. Their ID will be present inside the URL following contact-details/
Note: Click on the gear icon next to Dashboard to enable the Contacts module by shifting it from the hidden to the visible modules list. Then save changes.
2. Alternatively, enter the Customers module and select a customer whose contacts you wish to select as your gift recipient.
3. Scroll down to find the Contacts in the related lists at the bottom.
4. If you do not see the Contacts list, click on 'Configure'.
5. Shift Contacts from the unselected to the selected list and save changes.
6. Select the contact you want to create a gift subscription for.
7. Copy the 25+ string ID in the URL. Enter this into the 'Gift Recipient' field in your import file to identify the contact this gift subscription is for.
