Subscriptions Module Tutorial
This guide walks you through the All Subscriptions List and the Subscription Detailed View including all the features and functionality present in this module.

All Subscriptions List
1.1. Create Subscription
- Inside the Subscriptions module you can create a new subscription using the ‘Create Subscription’ button.
1.2. Import Subscriptions
- Click the ‘Import’ button if you want to import subscription data from a CSV file. Follow this guide to import evergreen subscriptions and this one for termed subscriptions.
1.3. Edit List View
- Click on ‘All Subscriptions’ for other available views e.g. you can choose to only view cancelled subscriptions.
- This allows you to check which subscriptions have been cancelled so far.
1.4. Filter Subscriptions
- Use the filter icon on the left to further filter subscription data based on varied criteria.
1.5. Edit Visible Columns
- Each view is customizable in terms of the fields/columns you wish to see. Click ‘More’ and then ‘Edit Columns’.
- Shift fields from the unselected to the selected side or vice versa to customize what attributes you see in the list view. Here we are enabling the Term Start Date field.
- Click Save.
- Your newly selected field is visible. Note that each view can have its own visible fields.
1.6. Bulk Actions
- Select the subscribers you wish to perform an action on and then click on ‘Actions’. The Send Mail functionality lets you send an email out to all selected simultaneously.
- You are then redirected to this screen.
- Select one or multiple subscribers to update their details.
- Here you have multiple options like auto renewing the subscription.
- You can also choose to edit subscription plans by selecting one or multiple subscribers and clicking on the ‘Edit’ button under Actions.
- A side-window will appear with options to: add new plan and remove, swap, or update it.
- You can delete subscribers as well using the quick ‘Actions’ button.
- Using the ‘Actions’ button, you can choose to pause a subscription too.
- This opens a pop-up window with specifics for the pause date.
- You can resume this or any other subscription by once again using the ‘Actions’ button.
- A pop-up window will appear with specifics for the resumption date.
- You can also Cancel a subscription using the ‘Actions’ button.
- A pop-up window appears with various cancellation options.
Subscription Detailed View
2.1. Status Access
- Click on any subscription to enter the Subscription Detailed View.
- Right under the subscription name, you can see its Status, Amount, Type, and Payment Status.
2.2. Audit Record
- Click on ‘Audit Record’ to see a history of changes made to the subscription since its creation.
- The audit logs all updates and the date those changes were made.
2.3. Detailed View - Quick Actions
- Scroll down to the main body. Here you have all the subscription details listed. Click on Edit Subscription to make changes to your selected subscription. Read this guide to learn how to edit subscriptions in detail.
- Click on the ‘Pause’ or ‘Cancel’ buttons to pause or cancel this subscription respectively.
- Clicking on the ‘Pause’ button will open a pop-up window. Here you can select your preferred pause/resume date. Click ‘Confirm’ to save changes.
- Click on the ‘Cancel’ button and choose the date to cancel your subscription. Click ‘Confirm’.
- You also have the option to edit the next bill date.
- Make the necessary changes and click ‘Submit’.
- You can add notes as well pertaining to your subscription, even attaching files as needed.
2.4. Associated Lists
- Scroll down to the associated lists. Under Open Activities, you can see all the active tasks, calls, and events associated with that subscription. You can also create new ones with the ‘+ Create Task’, ‘+ Create Call’, and ‘+ Create Event’ buttons.
- Under Closed Activities you can see all the closed tasks, calls, and events associated with your subscription. The example used shows no closed tasks since all of them are currently open.
- Under Attachments you can see your attached file details and add new ones too.
2.5. Configure Associated Lists
- You can edit associated lists through the ‘Configure’ button.
- Shift any lists you want visible from the unselected to the selected list and save changes.
2.6. Edit Columns Inside Lists
- Similarly, you can edit visible columns inside each list.
- Shift any column you want visible from the unselected to the selected list and save changes.
