A Complete Setup Guide

Installation Guide
Log into your monday.com CRM account and enter the marketplace.
Inside the Marketplace look for ‘SubscriptionFlow’.
Click on the app to install it.
Click on ‘Install app’.
If you have multiple workplaces, select which you wish to install the SubscriptionFlow app on. You may select All Workplaces or Specific Workplaces. Then click on ‘Install’.
Select which workplace and board you want the app to be added to. You may select your Contacts, Accounts or any other existing board.
Enable Email Field
Inside your board make sure the Email field is enabled for mapping. If not click the ‘+’ button.
Go to More Columns and select Email.
Make sure your accounts have their emails populated into this column.
Next click the Open button next to any item. This will give you an expanded view of the account.
Configuration
Click on the SubscriptionFlow tab. You need your SubscriptionFlow domain name, client ID and client secret to authorize this integration. To retrieve these head to your SubscriptionFlow account.
After logging into your SubscriptionFlow account click on Administrative Settings and then click API Keys under Apps & API.
Name and create a new client. This will generate a Client ID and Client Secret.
Retrieve your SubscriptionFlow domain name from the URL. Remember to include the https:// for your domain name to be accepted within Monday.com/
Next copy and paste both the client ID and client secret into the Monday.com integration window. Click ‘Next’.
Confirm that the information provided is correct.
Next, you have to map fields across the two systems. Here we want the Email field inside SubscriptionFlow to be matched to the Email field inside Monday.com to retrieve items. Note that your board inside Monday must have an Email field enabled for successful mapping,
How it Works
Sync Contacts & Customers
After integrating Monday.com with SubscriptionFlow you can sync your customers and contacts in real time. Take a look at this Monday.com Contacts board.
Now take a look at the Customers module inside a SubscriptionFlow account that is linked to Monday.com.
When you create a new item in your contacts, a customer with the same name and email is automatically created inside SubscriptionFlow.
Switch to your SubscriptionFlow account to see the new customer created through the Monday.com sync. Note that a name and email are mandatory fields for customer creation inside SubscriptionFlow.
Navigate back to Monday.com and expand this item's card to view details.
Then click on the SubscriptionFlow tab to view subscriptions, invoices & payment methods.
Click on the subscriptions to get details on the next bill date, date of creation, as well as, payment status and subscription type.
Similarly, expand the invoice/s to view their total amount, due date and received payment.
This data is synced from SubscriptionFlow to Monday.com in real time and can be viewed within Monday.com item cards.
View Subscription Details inside Monday.com
Now create a new subscription for this customer following this guide on creating subscriptions for customers.
User can view the subscriptions and their quick details on monday.com
When the user clicks on the View in SubscriptionFlow, he will redirect to the subscription detail page in SubscriptionFlow
View Invoice Details inside Monday.com
Similarly, the user can also view Invoices in the monday.com
By clicking on the View Detail button, the user can view the quick view of invoices.
When the user clicks on the View in SubscriptionFlow button, he will redirect to the invoice detail page in SubscriptionFlow
View Payment Method inside Monday.com
Similarly, the user can also view Payment Methods on monday.com
Upon clicking on the View Detail button, the user can view the Quick View of the payment method.
When the user clicks on the View in SubscriptionFlow button, they will be redirected to the payment method section in SubscriptionFlow
