How to Activate Multiple Currencies

1. Navigate to Administration Settings > Billing > Currencies.

2. Here USD is set as the default. You can activate CAD, GBP, EUR and use the ‘+New Currency’ button to add as many currencies as needed. 

3. Once multiple currencies are activated, you are ready to price plans in these currencies. 

How to Create Plans in Multiple Currencies

1. Navigate to the Products/ Publications tab and click on the product you want to set up multi-currency pricing for. 

2. Scroll down to the plan you want to set up pricing in multi-currency for and click on the edit icon in the top right of this plan.

3. In front of the list price is the default USD currency you will find an icon. Click on this card icon for a dropdown of all enabled currencies. 

4. Set a list price in each of your active currencies then click ‘Done’. Then save your multi currency pricing. 

5. Now, you can view the plan in each of your active currencies in the list price you specified. 

How to Edit Plans in Multiple-Currency

1. Open up the product plan you want to edit. Then click on ‘Edit Price in Multi Currency’.

2. A pop-up will show up where you can edit the price of the plan in each of the enabled currencies. Click save for each currency and your plan pricing will be updated.

3. Now the currency drop-down next to the list price inside the checkout page will allow customers to checkout in the currency of their choice. In this hosted checkout USD and ZAR (South African Rand) are enabled.
