This guide walks you through the steps to merge customers.
1. Click on 'Customers' on the side panel to visit Customers module.
2. From the customer's list, select customer profiles that you need to merge and click on the 'Action' button that appears on top
3. Now from the Action dropdown menu, select 'Merge'
4. It would redirect to the merge utility page, where you can opt to choose what should be kept in the final merged profile. After choosing the details that are to be kept, click on Merge button below.
5. A warning notification would be shown, select 'I understand, Merge Now'
6. You would be redirected to the customer's module, where you can verify that only one profile exists after merge.
