Enable Paid Trials

Before you can offer paid trials that renew to paid plans, enable Renew to Different Plan functionality from the Administration Settings using this guide.

1. Go to Administration Settings from your dashboard.

2. Click ‘Preferences’ under Customization.

3. With Preferences, click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab.

4. Scroll down to Renew Subscription To Different Plan, and select ‘Yes' from the dropdown menu to activate the renew to different plan functionality.

5. Scroll down and click ‘Save Changes’. A green pop-up notification at the top right corner of the screen will indicate that the changes have been successfully saved.
