Issue Tracking allows businesses to monitor and manage the delivery performance of subscription based products. This report identifies delivery failures, missed issues, or subscriptions that lack essential customer contact information helping ensure that every product delivery reaches the subscriber on time.
For example,
If you offer a monthly magazine subscription and five subscribers didn’t receive their August issue due to missing addresses or dispatch errors, the Issue Tracking Report will list these customers along with the specific issue (e.g., “missed,” “not delivered”) and related metadata (e.g., volume and issue number).
To view your Issue Tracking report from your SubscriptionFlow account, follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Issue Tracking’ under the ‘Publications’ category.
This will redirect you to the ‘Issue Tracking’ report page.
Click on the “Customize Report” button so that you can apply filters to customize the report based on Publication or Plan, Issue Type (e.g., missed, not delivered, delayed), Volume Number, Issue Number, Subscription Status, Payment Status.
Scroll down to view a table with customer specific details such as Customer Name, Product Name, Plan Name, Issue Date, Volume and Issue Number, Issue Status and Type.
You can also download the issue tracking data by clicking on the ‘CSV’ button.
