This guide provides clear instructions to assist you with the Xero data import process using SubscriptionFlow. By following these steps, you’ll be able to integrate Xero with your account and import data seamlessly.
Step 1: Log in to Your Admin Account
- Log into your SubscriptionFlow admin account.
- Ensure you have the required permissions to access the Apps and API settings.
Step 2: Install and Activate Xero
Navigate to the Gear Icon:

- From your dashboard, locate and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Apps:
- In the Apps and API section, select Apps.
Choose Xero from Accounting Apps:
- Under the Accounting Apps category, find and select Xero.
Connect to Your Xero Account:
- Follow the prompts to connect your SubscriptionFlow account with your Xero account.
- Once connected, keep the configurations as default unless otherwise required.
Step 3: Start the Data Import Process
Return to the Gear Icon:
- Click on the gear icon again to access additional settings.
Data Administration Section:
- This time, choose Import from the Data Administration section.
Initiate the Import:
- Click on the Start Import button.
Step 4: Configure Import Settings
Choose Xero as Your Import Source:
- In the Import Apps section, select Xero.
- Click on the Next button.
Adjust Settings in the Modal:
- A settings modal will appear; adjust settings as needed or proceed with the default selections.
Begin the Data Import:
- Click on the Proceed button, then hit the Next button to start the import process.
Step 5: Monitor the Import Progress
Data Import:

- Your data import will now be in progress. You can monitor it through the dashboard, where updates on the import status will be displayed.
