Set up automated email notifications by following this guide.
- Click on the gearbox in the top right corner of your dashboard to enter ‘Administration Settings’ and then click on ‘Email Notifications’ under Email Settings.
- This will take you to the pre-configured emails sent out to customers. Click ‘Preview’.
- This will show you how the email appears to your end customer.
- Click ‘Edit’ to change some settings and the email template attached to this event.
- You may cc this email to any other address.
- You can also choose between your templates.
- To edit the existing templates and create new ones click on ‘Click here’ at the base of this pop up and follow this guide on how to create an email template. Click save.
- Similar emails are set for events that occur within the Subscriptions module e.g. renewal reminders, subscription activation alert etc.
- Similarly you can set up email notifications for events that occur in the Invoices module e.g. renewal reminders, subscription activation alert etc.
That is how you set up email notifications through SubscriptionFlow.
