In SubscriptionFlow, onboarding is designed to help you create meaningful first interactions with your customers. The Onboarding Emails feature ensures that every new subscriber receives timely and relevant communication as soon as they engage with your business. These automated emails are seamlessly triggered by subscription events within SubscriptionFlow, saving your team time while keeping customers informed and engaged.
With onboarding emails, you can:
Welcome new customers effectively – Send personalized greetings that align with your brand.
Provide subscription clarity – Automatically confirm trial start dates, activation, and upcoming subscription schedules.
Improve retention and conversions – Encourage trial users to explore your service fully and convert to active subscribers.
Instead of managing these communications manually, SubscriptionFlow handles them automatically through its email automation engine. This ensures that your customers always know the status of their subscription and never miss critical updates.
The Onboarding Emails section includes four key configurations:
Customer On-Boarding Email – Sends a welcome email with essential account details and next steps.
In-Trial Subscription Notification – Informs customers when their trial period begins, including its end date.
Active Subscription Notification – Confirms that a customer’s subscription is active and ready to use.
Future Subscription Notification – Notifies customers of subscriptions that will start at a future date.
