In SubscriptionFlow, subscription reminders are designed to help you keep your customers informed about important subscription events such as renewals, expirations, and reactivations. The Subscription Reminders Emails feature ensures that subscribers receive timely notifications before and after critical dates, helping you reduce churn, encourage renewals, and reactivate expired accounts. These automated emails are triggered based on subscription lifecycle events and can be customized to match your brand voice.
With subscription reminders, you can:
Encourage renewals on time – Remind customers before their subscription expires.
Recover lost revenue – Send reactivation emails with options like discounts or payment confirmation.
Provide payment transparency – Confirm payment details before renewals to reduce billing failures.
Boost retention – Keep customers engaged and aware of upcoming subscription activity.
Instead of managing reminders manually, SubscriptionFlow automates the process through its email automation engine. This ensures that customers always receive the right message at the right time, helping you maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
The Subscription Reminders Emails section includes four key configurations:
Subscription Reactivation – Notifies customers to reactivate expired subscriptions. Options include simple reactivation, reactivation with payment confirmation, or reactivation with a discount.
Subscription Renewal – Reminds customers that their subscription is about to expire and prompts them to renew. Can include payment confirmation checks.
Subscription Early Renewal – Gives customers the option to renew before the standard renewal date.
Subscription Reminders – Allows you to configure general reminders for different subscription scenarios.
