In SubscriptionFlow, invoice emails are designed to help you keep customers informed about billing activities in real time. The Invoice Emails feature ensures that subscribers automatically receive notifications whenever a new invoice is generated or when early payments are due. This improves transparency, enhances trust, and helps your finance team manage payments more effectively.
With invoice emails, you can:
Send invoice receipts instantly – Automatically notify customers when a new invoice is created.
Maintain transparency – Provide detailed invoice information directly to customers.
Encourage timely payments – Remind customers about early or upcoming payments before due dates.
Customize communication – Apply filters to control which customers receive specific invoice notifications.
Instead of manually emailing invoices, SubscriptionFlow automates the process, ensuring customers never miss important billing updates.
The Invoice Emails section includes three key configurations:
New Invoice: Sends invoice email to those customers who don't have a valid payment method or there auto charge is not enabled.
New Invoice with Filters: Sends a new invoice notification but with added control, allowing you to apply filters to decide who receives the email and which template is used.
Invoice Early Payment Notification: Informs customers about early payment of their projected invoice, sent in advance of the payment date.
