SubscriptionFlow provides integration with CardConnect/CardPointe for payment collection. Follow this step-by-step guide to connect your SubscriptionFlow account with the CardConnect payment gateway.
- Click on the gear-shaped Administration Settings icon on the control panel in the right-hand corner of the dashboard.
- On the Administration Settings page, under the heading Billing, click on Payment Gateways.
- Click on the +Payment Gateway button on the right-hand corner of the page.
- Select CardConnect from the available options.
- This launches the payment gateway integration window. If you don’t have an account, click on the +Create Account button.
- A pop-up window will open where you’ll have to enter your: Business Details, Address, Owner Details, Deposit and Withdrawal Bank, and Other Details.
- Click Connect and finish setting up your account.
- SubscriptionFlow will now verify your account and approve it.
- Go to your new CardConnect account page (https://cardpointe-uat.cardconnect.com/account). Click on the My Account heading on the navigation bar. Here you’ll find your Merchant ID credentials.
- Now return to your SubscriptionFlow integration page and enter your Merchant ID and the Username, Password you used to create the account. Click Test Connection. Your account is now successfully connected to CardConnect.
- Click Save. Your account is now active.
- Under the Advanced Options header, you can configure how this payment gateway operates through this integration. Select the payment methods you want to enable: Direct Debit and Credit Card. You can also choose to make this gateway the default for payment collection.
- You can choose who has permission to configure this gateway: all users, a group of users or none. Click Save.
- Now go back to the Payment Gateways page. CardConnect will be enabled as your default payment gateway.
