Finix

Follow this step-by-step guide to connect Finix with SubscriptionFlow.

1. Click on the Administration Settings (gear icon) in the top right-hand corner.
2. Under the Billing section, click on Payment Settings.
3. Click on + Payment Gateway at the top.
4. Select Finix.
5. This launches the payment gateway integration window.
6. Enter your Finix API credentials, including:
   • Username (if applicable)
   • Password (if applicable)
   • Application ID
   • Merchant ID
   • API Key or Secret (depending on your Finix configuration)

11. If you are connecting to a test environment, select Sandbox Mode and enter your sandbox credentials. Otherwise, enter your production credentials.
12. Click Connect or Save Configuration to establish the integration.
13. SubscriptionFlow validates your credentials and connects to your Finix account.
14. Once connected successfully, your payment gateway status changes to Active.
15. Check Payment Options to enable all supported payment methods available through Finix. Alternatively, configure payment methods individually according to your business requirements.
16. You can also control which users can make changes to these settings.
17. Check the Make Default option to collect payments through Finix by default.
18. The Logs section lets you monitor gateway activity, API requests, transaction processing, and any integration-related events.
19. To verify your setup, process a test transaction in the Finix sandbox environment or run a live transaction to confirm successful payment processing.
