How to Enable Custom Information Manager (CIM)

To integrate Authorize.Net with SubscriptionFlow you need to make sure if the Customer Information Manager (CIM) is enabled in your Authorize.Net account. This feature is already enabled in the new accounts of Authorize.Net. However, in older accounts of Authorize.Net, it’s not enabled by default and you will have to enable it manually.

To enable this feature all you need to follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

You need to sign in to your account on Authorize.Net

Step 2:

On the left navigation bar, go to Marketplace and then click on ‘My Products’. Check if you have CIM enabled.
 

Step 3:

In case you don’t have it enabled, go to Marketplace on the left navigation bar, and click on Available Products.

Then Click on Review Terms and Fees

Step 6:

Agree to the terms and then click Agree and Activate.
