Authorize.Net supports payment processing for small businesses, enabling them to accept credit card and eCheck payments online, in person, and via mobile devices.
This guide walks you through the steps to connect your Authorize.Net account with SubscriptionFlow.
Note: This demonstration uses the sandbox environment, which may slightly differ from your live account.
1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Administration Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on Payment Settings under the Billing section.
3. In the Payment Gateways page, click on + Payment Gateway to add a new one.
4. You’ll now see a list of all supported payment gateways. Click on Authorize.Net.
5. The integration window will open. To proceed, you’ll need the Login ID, Transaction Key, and Client Key from your Authorize.Net account.
6. To attain the access keys, log in to your Authorize.Net account.
7. On the left navigation bar click on ‘Account and API Settings’ under the Account section.
8. Under Security Settings click on ‘API Credentials & Keys’.
9. Copy-Paste your Login ID from here into SubscriptionFlow.
10. Next, submit a request to generate a new Transaction Key.
11. This will require you to verify your identity through a pin sent to your registered email.
12. Enter the pin received through email to verify your identity and access the new Transaction Key. Copy this key.
13. Paste both the Login ID and Transaction Key into the integration fields in SubscriptionFlow.
14. Next navigate back to your Authorize.Net account and scroll down. Then click on Generate New Public Client Key and repeat the verification step.
15. Enter the code received through email to verify your identity and retrieve your Public Client Key.
16. Copy this Final access key and paste it into your SubscriptionFlow integration window. Then click Test connection.
17. If successful, a green pop-up notification will confirm the connection.
18. Click Save to activate your Authorize.Net gateway.
19. Under Advanced Options, configure the integration as needed. You can enable accepted payment types such as debit and credit cards.
20. You may also define user permissions for who can manage this gateway’s settings.
21. Optionally, you can set Authorize.Net as your default gateway for collecting payments.
Click Save again to finalize.
22. Click Back to Payment Gateways.
You’ll now see Authorize.Net listed as your connected and default gateway.
That is how you integrate Authorize.Net to your SubscriptionFlow account.
