Integrate your QuickBooks Payments US account with SubscriptionFlow and automate data synchronization for easy payment processing and financial management.
Follow this step-by-step guide on how to enable QuickBooks as your payment gateway.
1. Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on the gear-shaped ‘Administration Settings’ icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Under 'Administration Settings', navigate to the Billing section and then click on ‘Payment Gateways’.
3. Click on the ‘+Payment Gateway’ button on the right-hand corner of the page.
4. Select QuickBooks from the available options.
5. This launches the payment gateway integration window. Click on the ‘Link Existing Account’ button.
6. In the dialogue box, click on the ‘Connect with QuickBooks Payments’ button.
7. You will be directed to the QuickBooks login page. Enter your Email or User ID to proceed. Please note that you will need a US-based account to avail this QuickBooks feature.
8. After logging in, you will be directed back to the following screen on SubscriptionFlow where you can see the Active integration status indicating that QuickBooks Payments has successfully been connected to your SubscriptionFlow account.
9. Under the Advanced Options header, you can configure how this payment gateway operates through this integration. Select the payment methods you want to enable: Direct Debit and Credit Card. You can also choose to make this gateway the default for payment collection.
10. You can choose who has permission to configure this gateway: all users, a group of users, or none. Click Save.
11. Now go back to the Payment Gateways page. QuickBooks Payments will be enabled as your default payment gateway.
