Monthly Recurring Revenue by Subscriptions

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is the predictable recurring revenue earned from subscriptions in a specific period. As the name indicates, MRR is calculated for a monthly duration. The MRR amount shown on the dashboard is the total of all your subscriptions' MRR.

For example,

In a monthly plan, if you have 10 customers each paying you $200 per month, then the MRR is $2,000.

In a yearly plan, if $1,500 is paid annually, then the MRR is normalized as $125 per month.

To view your MRR report from your SubscriptionFlow account, follow these steps:

1. Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.

2. You will be redirected to the Reports Page.

3. Next, click on ‘MRR by Subscriptions’ under the ‘Subscriptions’ category.

4. This will redirect you to the ‘MRR by Subscriptions’ page. 

5. Here, you can hover over the graph to view additional details for each date.

6. Next, scroll down to view the details of the customers.

7. You can also download the customer data by clicking on ‘Export’.

8. After clicking 'Export,' a green notification in the top right corner will indicate that the export file is being prepared.

9. Next, click on the gear icon (‘Adminstration Settings’) on the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

10. In the ‘Administration Settings’, click on ‘Export’ under ‘Data Administration’.

11. This will take you to the ‘Exports’ page. Locate the file and click on ‘Download’.

And that is how you can access your Monthly Recurring Revenue report from your SusbcriptionFlow account.
