Upcoming Renewals refer to the list of active subscriptions that are approaching their next billing or renewal cycle. This report enables us to proactively manage customer relationships, reduce churn risk, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
This report gives you a detailed view of all subscriptions that are scheduled to renew within a specified future period—weekly, monthly, or quarterly. It helps your team prioritize engagement, send reminders, or offer personalized incentives ahead of renewal dates.
For example,
If you have 50 active subscriptions due to renew in the next 7 days, this report will list each of those subscriptions, along with their next billing date, customer name, renewal amount, and plan details. This allows you to follow up in advance and avoid surprise cancellations.
To view your Upcoming Renewals report on your Subscription Flow account, follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Upcoming Renewals’ under the ‘Subscriptions’ category.
This will redirect you to the Upcoming Renewals Report page.
- A bar graph view will be displayed showing the total number of renewals due on upcoming dates. Hover over the graph to view the count or total value of renewals expected.
Scroll down to see a table listing detailed information for each upcoming renewal, including customer, subscription ID, product and plan, Status, and renewal date.
Click on “Customize report” in the top left corner to apply filters.
Apply Date Range and Group by filter for date specific data.
To export this list, click on ‘CSV’ at the top left corner of the table.
