Subscription Detail

The Subscription Detail Report provides a complete breakdown of each subscription created within your system. This report allows you to view key information such as subscription start and end dates, renewal frequency, billing period, customer details, associated plans and products, and pricing structure. It is a critical tool for teams that manage customer relationships, billing, and revenue forecasting.

For example,

• If a customer is subscribed to a monthly plan that started on January 1st and includes a product priced at $100, the subscription detail report will show the term start date, renewal settings, next billing date, and product details associated with that subscription.

To view your Subscription Detail report on your Subscription Flow account , follow these steps:

1. Login to your SubscriptionFlow account and click on ‘Reports’ in the left-hand side navigation panel..
   
    

2. You will be redirected to the Reports Page.

    

3. Under the ‘Subscriptions’ category, click on ‘Subscription Details’.

4. This will open the Subscription Detail Report, where you can see the full list of subscriptions and their attributes such as: Subscription ID, Customer Name, Subscription Status (Active, Cancelled, Expired), Plan Name and Product Name, date of creation and payment status.

   
   
   

    

5. Hover over the table to view additional information about each subscription.

6. Click on customize report to apply filters on your report.

7. Click ‘CSV’ to download the report data in CSV format.
