The New Customer Report provides insights into how many new customers have signed up for your services over a specific period of time. This report is useful for tracking customer acquisition trends, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities.
By monitoring the number of new customers added, you can measure performance against targets, forecast revenue growth, and refine strategies for onboarding and retention.
For example:
If you added 200 new customers this month compared to 120 last month, it shows an upward trend that could be linked to recent marketing efforts.
To view your New Customers report on Subscription Flow account, follow these steps:
- Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on ‘Reports’ in the left-hand side panel.
- You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘New Customers’ under the ‘Customers’ category.
- This will take you to the New Customer Report page.
- You will see a visual breakdown showing the number of new customers acquired during the selected timeframe grouped by months during that certain time frame.
- Scroll down to view a detailed table listing newly added customers.
- Click on Customize report button in the top left corner of the report page to add the time range filter and group by filters for data retrieval in months or years.
To export the data as CSV, click on ‘CSV’ in the top left corner of the table.
