The Subscriber Report provides a complete overview of all active, inactive, and canceled subscribers within your SubscriptionFlow account. This report is essential for understanding your user base, tracking subscription activity such as subscription type and status. Alongside this it provides customer name and email address.
To view you Subscriber Report on your subscriptionflow account follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Subscriber report’ under the ‘Customers’ category.
- This will redirect you to the Subscribers Report page.
Here, you can view a table showing all your subscribers, including their current subscription status, Name, email and plan details.
Click on the “Customize report” button to use available filters to refine your view by active, canceled, or paused subscribers, and by subscription start or renewal dates.
In the customize report functionality you can apply filters on Columns (Any column from customer, contacts and subscription table) and you can further expand your analysis by using the filter under apply filters section.
Click on the “Export” button to download the data as a CSV.
After clicking ‘Export’, a green notification will appear in the top right corner indicating that the export file is being prepared.
- Click on the gear icon (‘Administration Settings’) on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- In ‘Administration Settings’, click on ‘Export’ under ‘Data Administration’.
- This will take you to the Exports page. Locate your file and click on ‘Download’.
