Introduction
In SubscriptionFlow, managing and updating an existing subscription is simple and flexible. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to adjust subscription settings, modify billing terms, add or remove plans, and more. Follow these instructions to ensure your subscription details align with customer preferences and billing requirements.
Steps to Modify an Existing Subscription
Go to the Subscriptions module and select the subscription you want to edit.
Click on Edit Subscription button.
Decide when you want the changes to take effect — either Immediately or On the next billing cycle.
Scroll down to the Subscription Configuration section. Here, you can:
- Switch between a termed subscription and an evergreen subscription.
- Modify the subscription term.
- Enable or disable Auto-Renew to automatically renew for the same term.
Manage Products and Plans: Scroll down further to view the Products and Plans associated with this subscription:
To add a new plan, click ‘+Add’
and select a Product from the dropdown, then choose a corresponding Plan.
To remove it, click the Red Cross Button.
Adjust the List Price for each plan if necessary.
A newly selected plan is now part of the subscription.
Click on Change Labels to change the name of the product and plan if needed. Click Save button to save the changes or Cancel to discard the changes.
Click the Save button and then a confirmation pop-up will appear. Click the Continue button after reviewing your changes.
By following these steps, you can easily manage and personalize your customers subscriptions within SubscriptionFlow.
