Subscriptions Bulk Pause and Resume Guide

This guide helps you pause and resume multiple subscriptions in bulk, with flexible configurations tailored to your needs. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select Subscriptions

Navigate to the Subscriptions module.

If needed, filter subscriptions to narrow down your selection:

• Click on the Filter icon in the Subscriptions module.
• Select the field you wish to filter.
  For example: To filter active subscriptions, choose the Status field.
• Specify the filter type for the selected field.
  For instance: Use ‘Is’ as the filter type for the Status field.
• Choose the desired value.
  For example: Select ‘Active’ as the value to display only active subscriptions.

Select the subscriptions you wish to pause using either approach below:

• Use the checkbox next to each subscription, or
  
  
  
• Select all subscriptions on the page using the top checkbox.
  
  
  

Click on the Actions button and select Pause.

Step 2: Configure Pause Settings

After selecting Pause, a configuration window will appear. Customize the pause settings with the following options:

Pause Options:

• Pause: Pause the subscription without setting a resume date.
• End of Last Invoice Period: Pause the subscription starting from the last invoice period.
• Pause Period: Pause the subscription starting today for a specific number of days.
• Specific Date: Pause the subscription on a selected date.
  
  

Step 3: Enable Auto-Resume (Optional)

To automatically resume paused subscriptions, enable the Auto-Resume checkbox. Then, choose one of the following options:

Resume Options:

• Today: Resume the subscription immediately (commonly used for already paused subscriptions).
• Pause Date: Resume the subscription on the same day it was paused.
• Resume Period From Pause Date: Resume the subscription a specific number of days after the pause date.
• Resume Period From Today: Resume the subscription a specific number of days from today.
• Specific Date: Set a custom date for the subscription to resume.
  
  
  

Step 4: Extend Subscription Term (Optional)

At the bottom of the configuration window is a checkbox labeled Extend the current term by the number of days paused.

Select this option to extend the current term by the number of paused days.

Leave it unchecked if the paused days should not impact the subscription term.
