1. Login and from the Dashboard go to Admin Settings
2. Select Preferences from Administration Settings.
3. In the Subscriptions menu, go to Grace Period Settings, Enable them and Save changes
4. Go to Subscriptions.
5. Click on Create Subscription on the top right corner of your screen for a new subscription.
6. While creating your subscription, tick on the Enable Grace Period option in Overview.
7. Scroll down, edit your grace period settings and save it.
8. For an active subscription that is still in its original subscription duration, the system will show the total number of Grace Period Days remaining, Grace Period Used Days and Grace Period Allocated Days. In this case, the subscription is still in its original subscription duration, hence, the grace period used days are 0.
9. For a subscription that has exceeded its original subscription duration, grace days will automatically start updating. For example, the grace days have decreased from 30 to 9.
10. To end the Grace Period, click on Expire Grace Period Now.
This will change the status of the subscription to Expired if it has exceeded its original subscription duration. If the original subscription period is valid, the subscription will remain Active and cancel out on its original date. To renew a subscription, click on Renew.
