1. Log in and click on 'Subscriptions' in the left-hand side panel.
2. After clicking on 'Subscriptions', you can now view all your subscriptions that either were or are currently active.
3. Proceed to click on the 'Create Subscription' button.
4. Once you click on the 'Create Subscription' button, you will be redirected to another page where you can add details for your customer. To begin, choose the customer’s name from the list of customers in your database. Next, select the Subscription Start Date. This will define the start of the billing cycle.
5. For demonstration purposes, we are creating a subscription for Maile Edan.
6. Next, choose the subscription type, i.e., 'Termed' or 'Evergreen'.
7. The 'Termed' subscription is active only for a certain period that has to be specified by filling in the initial period and period type fields. For example, suppose you are creating a subscription tied to a contract that expires at the end of 3 years. In this case, you will select the termed subscription type, enter 3 in the initial period field, and select Year as the period type. You can also choose to click on the 'Auto Renew' box, which will automatically renew the subscription for the customer once the specified period has passed.
8. The 'Evergreen' Subscription type does not have any specified end dates and renews indefinitely until canceled.
9. Next, choose the product and the plan for which you wish to create a subscription for your selected customer.
10. Select a Product from the drop-down menu.
11. Choose a Plan from the drop-down menu.
12. After filling out all the subscription details, the final information will be displayed as a 'Preview'. After previewing the details, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen.
13. A new pop-up window will appear, asking for your confirmation for the Subscription Display name. This is the identifier it will have in your list of subscriptions.
14. After the details have been processed, this new subscription will appear in your subscriptions tab.
