You can cancel a subscription anytime through your SubscriptionFlow account.
1. Login to your SubscriptionFlow account and go to Dashboard view. On the Toggle Navigation bar, click on Subscriptions.
2. From the Subscriptions page, select the customer whose subscription you wish to cancel and click on their name.
3. On the Customers page, under the heading Billing Information, change the customer’s Auto Charge from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’. This step is important before canceling the subscription to prevent your customer from getting charged any accidental payment fees.
4. To change the Auto Charge from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’, click on the ‘Edit’ button.
5. The customer information page will open up. Scroll down to the Billing Information section and there change the Auto Charge to ‘No’. Click ‘Save’.
6. Auto Charge renewal is now canceled for this customer.
7. Next, make sure there are no due/overdue invoices or pending payments for this customer. On the Customers page, scroll down to the Invoices section. Here, click on the invoice number for the payment status you want to see.
8. On the Invoice page, you can see payment details like invoice amount, outstanding balance, payment status, etc. As the Invoice page shows, this customer has no overdue or pending payments.
9. However, in case your customer does have pending payments or charges due, you can follow this guide to make the invoice void.
10. After following the above steps, you can now safely cancel the subscription. On the Toggle Navigation bar, click on Subscriptions. From the Subscriptions page, select the subscription you wish to cancel.
11. On the Subscription Detailed View page, click on the ‘Cancel’ button.
12. A pop-up window will open up with different cancellation date options. Select your preferred option and click ‘Confirm’.
13. Your subscription has been successfully canceled.
