The Customer by Country report provides a geographic breakdown of your customer base, helping you understand where your subscribers are located. This report is useful for identifying strong markets, tracking regional growth, and tailoring marketing strategies based on customer location.
By viewing your customers distributed by country, your team can make informed decisions about international expansion, local support requirements, and region-specific pricing or promotions.
For example,
- If you have 1,000 customers in the United States and 500 in the United Kingdom, you can prioritize support hours or marketing campaigns to better target each region.
- If customer growth is increasing rapidly in a specific country, you might consider offering country based tailored solutions.
To view your Customer by Country report on Subscription Flow account, follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Customer by Country’ under the ‘Customers’ category.
This will take you to the Customer by Country report page.
You will see a visual breakdown of your customers by country using graphs or a map.
Scroll down to view a table showing the number of customers from each country.
- To export the data as CSV, click on ‘CSV’ in the top left corner of the table.
