The Customer Insight Report offers a comprehensive summary of your customer base by highlighting key life cycle metrics including new, retained, cancelled, and expired customers over a selected period. This report enables you to understand customer trends, track the effectiveness of your acquisition and retention strategies, and monitor churn rates in a clear, actionable format.
It serves as a high level dashboard for your subscription business’s customer activity and their retention rate over a time period.
To view your Customer Insights report from your SubscriptionFlow account, follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Customer Insight’ under the ‘Customers’ category.
This will take you to the Customer Insight report page.
You can view detailed graphs and summaries for each day in a specific date range spanning over a month, including customer activity with a count of all customer related activity.
Scroll down to see a table containing metrics such as count of new members, retained members, expired members, cancelled members.
Click on “Customize report” in the top left corner of the page to apply date range filter.
- To download the customer data, click on ‘CSV’ in the top left corner of the table.
