The Deposit Report gives a clear view of all the payments collected and deposited into your account over a specific time period. It helps businesses track incoming funds, ensuring that all successful transactions are properly recorded and matched with corresponding bank deposits. This report is especially useful for finance and accounting teams to reconcile payment activity and maintain financial accuracy.
This report includes key details such as transaction number, deposit amount, payment method, invoice associated with a particular transaction and customer associated with each deposit. It also distinguishes between one-time payments and recurring payments through subscription status.
