The Invoice Report provides a detailed summary of all invoices over the entire time period. It allows businesses to track their customer’s billing history and manage customer invoicing efficiently. This report is essential for ensuring that all subscriptions, charges, and payments are accurately recorded and visible for auditing and financial analysis.
The report includes important information such as invoice number, customer name, customer email, plan name, product name, customer address and billing country.
For example,
- You have a total of 400 customers and only 100 of them have subscribed to a subscription plan and generated their invoices, this report will show all those 100 generated invoices.
To view your Invoice report on Subscription Flow account, follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Invoice Report’ under the ‘Customer’ category.
This will redirect you to the Invoice Report page.
In the graph above the table, you can view the total amount of due , paid, projected, overdue invoices and their count as well.
To only view the total amount of invoices that are due, paid, overdue ot projected or their count click on the toggle button below the chart data.
Here, you can view a list of all invoices along with key details such as invoice number, customer name, customer email, plan name, product name, customer address and billing country.
Use filters to view invoices by status (paid, unpaid, overdue), columns in customer table (name, id, e.t.c).
To download the invoice report, click on ‘Export’ in the top right corner of the screen.
After clicking ‘Export’, a green notification will appear in the top right corner indicating that the export file is being prepared.
Click on the gear icon (‘Administration Settings’) in the top right-hand corner.
In ‘Administration Settings’, click on ‘Export’ under ‘Data Administration’.
- This will take you to the Exports page. Locate your file and click on ‘Download’.
