Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is the predictable recurring revenue earned from subscriptions in a specific period. As the name indicates, MRR is calculated for a monthly duration. The MRR amount shown on the dashboard is the total of all your subscriptions' MRR.

For example:

• In a monthly plan, if you have 10 customers on a recurring termed plan, each paying you $200 per month, then the MRR is:
  
  10 × $200 = $2,000
   
• In a yearly plan, if a customer pays $1,500 annually, then the MRR is normalized as:
  
  $1,500 ÷ 12 = $125 per month
   

To view your MRR report from your SubscriptionFlow account, follow these steps:

1. Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.

    

2. You will be redirected to the Reports Page.

    

3. Next, click on ‘MRR’ under the ‘Revenue’ category.

    

4. This will take you to the MRR Report page.

   
   

    

5. Here, you can hover over the graph to view additional details for each month.

    

6. Scroll down to view detailed MRR data for each month's information.

    

   

    

7. To apply filter click on the “Customize report” button in the top left of the report.

    

8. You can also download the MRR data by clicking on ‘Export’ or by clicking on the “CSV” button.

    

   

9. After clicking 'Export', a green notification in the top right corner will indicate that the export file is being prepared.

10. Click the gear icon (‘Administration Settings’) at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

     

11. In the ‘Administration Settings’, click on ‘Export’ under ‘Data Administration’.

     

12. You will be redirected to the Exports page. Locate your MRR file and click on ‘Download’.
