Net Revenue is the total income generated from all completed invoices, after subtracting any refunds, discounts, and adjustments also referred as credit notes. It represents the actual revenue your business retains from subscriptions during a specific time period. This metric gives you a clear view of your real earnings and is crucial for assessing overall business performance and profitability.
For example,
If your total collected amount from subscriptions is $10,000 and you issued $1,500 in refunds, your Net Revenue is:
$10,000 − $1,500 = $8,500
