The Recurring Customers Report provides an overview of all customers who are subscribed to recurring billing plans. These are customers who are billed on a regular schedule—monthly, quarterly, yearly, or any custom billing cycle defined in the subscriptions. This report helps you identify long-term, loyal customers and analyze subscription behavior over time.
Understanding your recurring customers is crucial for forecasting predictable revenue, measuring customer retention, and evaluating the success of your subscription offerings.
For example:
- If you have 300 customers on monthly subscriptions and 150 on yearly plans, this report helps you monitor recurring revenue, upcoming renewals, and customer lifecycle trends.
You can also assess how many of your recurring customers are active, along with their emails, phone numbers and date of subscription.
To view your Recurring Customers report from your SubscriptionFlow account, follow these steps:
Login to SubscriptionFlow to access your admin dashboard. Then click on 'Reports' in the left-hand side panel.
You will be redirected to the Reports Page.
Next, click on ‘Recurring Customers’ under the ‘Customers’ category.
- This will redirect you to the Recurring Customers Report page. Here, you can view a tabular summary of all recurring customers, including customer name, email, phone number and date of creation.
Click on “Customize report” to use filters to refine results by date range.
To download the report, click on ‘CSV’ in the top right corner of the screen.
